LinkPro's Technical Support Policy & Charges:

Effective Date Sept 1, 2006

We provide free email and telephone product technical support prior to purchase and for 60 days from date of purchase. After 60 days there are two technical support plans from which you can choose.

•  Yearly Maintenance Plan
LinkPro's Yearly Maintenance Plan offers server product Licensees extended hour
technical support plus no-charge upgrades for "in-family" product
releases made during the (paid for) maintenance year.  Term of Agreement
is for 12 months, renewable in 12-month increments, paid at the
beginning of each 12-month period.  Payment is due at the beginning of
each 12-month period. Charge is 25% of the product purchase price.

•  Pay per Incident Plan

LinkPro provides free standard phone and email tech support from 8 AM to 4 PM PST, Monday thru Friday,for 60 days following the product purchase. After that date you can purchase the Yearly Maintenance Plan or Pay per Incedent as follows:
You can either email or telephone us and request this technical support. We will ask you for your credit info before beginning the support session.

Charge Per Session:
    $70 per hour – charged in ¼ hour increments
    $70 minimum per reported incident

 

While we make our best effort to resolve your problem, we cannot guarantee that every problem will be solved. There are many variables in the environments which are products are operating including; networks, computers, firewalls, other applications, and of course people.
