I order without a credit card?
If you want to purchase
by check or bank wire transfer please contact
us directly and send a Purchase Order.

What
address should I enter in the on-line order form?
Enter your address
exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

Why
is my credit card being refused?
There are various
reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Cards may have
expired or reached their limit. A credit card machine either
on our end or your bank's end may have encountered a machine
error. If you do have problems, please check your credit card
for expiration or an over limit situation. Also check to make
sure that the billing address that you entered on the ordering
form matches the one for that credit card. If these appear
to be OK, please try processing your order again.

Can
I cancel an on-line order?
Once an on-line
order is completed it can not be cancelled.

What
is LinkPro's return and refund policy?
Refunds for product
purchases will not be given if the request is received more
than 30 days from the date of purchase as stated on LinkPro's
invoice or on-line purchase records. Refunds for yearly maintenance
purchases will not be given.
If a refund request
is received in writing within 30 days of the date of purchase,
then the decision to refund will be LinkPro's only and will
be based upon answers to the following questions and conditions.
- Does LinkPro's product perform the features and functions
that is stated on our Website and on our packaging and literature?
- Does LinkPro's product reliably perform these functions
in the environments and platforms that we state that it
will on our Website and on our packaging and literature?
- Did the customer contact LinkPro's technical support and
in LinkPro's opinion make their best efforts to work with
LinkPro to resolve the problem?
If the answer to
question 1 or 2 above is "No" and the answer to
question 3 is "Yes", then the customer will be asked
to send LinkPro a letter, on their company letterhead, certifying
that all of their copies, both physical and electronic, of
the purchased software have been destroyed.
Once this letter
is received a refund will be given. A handling and support
charge of $350 minimum will be deducted from the amount of
each order.

Are
orders secure?
LinkPro's
software store uses the latest encryption technology to ensure
that every order is processed securely. Credit card information
is securely transferred to LinkPro's payment processing partner
(CardService International) over Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Note that you must
use Netscape Navigator 3.0 and above or Internet Explorer
3.0 and above to be able to place secure orders. Make sure
you have all the security features turned on in the preferences
for your browser.

How
do I begin the download?
When you have completed
your purchase, you will see a confirmation page with a link
that says "Download Software Now". The same link
will also be sent to you via e-mail. Click the download button
or the text link to start downloading the software. If the
"Save as" window does not pop up, try right clicking
on the link and select "Save Target As" from the
dropdown menu.
If you are using
Netscape, you may see a dialogue box asking you to either
select "More Info," "Pick App...," "Save
File..." or "Cancel." Make sure you select
"Save File".

Where
should I save the download?
A good place to
download files is to a newly created folder on the hard disk
of your computer. For example, you could create a folder in
"My Documents" called "Downloaded LinkPro Software".
But feel free to save the file anywhere else on your computer.
Just make sure you write down the location so that you can
find the file when you need to install it or re-install it.

Will
I receive a packaged product after making an on-line purchase?
No, you will not
receive a packaged product. However, you are welcome to back
up your downloaded software onto a CD-ROM, second hard disk,
or a removable device such as a ZIP disk.

Is
downloading the same as installing?
No. A download is
a simple file transfer. Installation is the process of loading
the software onto your system. LinkPro software will walk
you through the installation process once you've successfully
downloaded the file.

What
if the download stops before it's complete?
You can always download
the software again by clicking on the download link in the
confirmation e-mail that was sent to you at the time of your
purchase, or by logging into your LinkPro Store account and
selecting "View Previous Order". For more information

I've
finished downloading; where do I find it?
The best way to
know where your downloads are going is to pay close attention
to the "Save As" window at the beginning of the
download process. Once you have clicked the download button
and selected the option to save the file, you will be given
the "Save As" window which shows you exactly where
your download is being saved to on your computer. If you know
the filename, you could also do a search on your computer
for it.

What
is LinkPro's product end-of-life policy?
When a product is
no longer offered for sale it has reached "product end-of-life".
After one year from
that date, technical support will no longer be available for
that product.
