I am not able to register
If you are having trouble registering as a user to purchase
software, please do the following:
- If you are a New user you must click
on the “New User? Click here” link at the top
of the Login page.

you are an Existing user you must use the
email address and password that you used to originally login.
If you have forgotten either of these you can click on the
"Forgot your e-mail? Or Forgot your password?"

I cannot complete a purchase
To purchase software on the LinkPro Software Store, follow
these simple steps:
- On the orders page, click on
the product that you would like to purchase
Specify
the number of licenses that you would like to order. Some
of LinkPro software requires a minimum number of licenses
(e.g. server products typically require a minimum of 5 licenses).
Add
the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add
To Cart" button
The
shopping cart will show you the current subtotal, including
quantity discounts
Click
on "Check Out" to proceed to
the check out area
At
this point you will need to register with the LinkPro
Software Store, or log in if you have already purchased
from the store. The system will help you retrieve
your password in case you have lost it.
Log
in or register, then select "Credit Card"
as the payment method, and click on the "Continue"
button.
The
page that is displayed next allows you to verify your order
information. Click on the "Continue" button to
enter your payment information.
On
the credit card form, enter your credit card information.
Make sure that you credit card number is entered without
any spaces, dashes or other non-numeric characters. Also
note that the billing address you provide
must match the address that appears on the billing statement
for the credit card being used for this transaction.
Click on the "Continue" button
to finalize the purchase.
When
the transaction goes through successfully, a confirmation
page will be shown. This page contains a link to downloading
the software, together with serial numbers for all the licenses
you have purchased. The same information will also be sent
to your e-mail address.

I cannot download software that
I have purchased
If you have successfully placed an order on the LinkPro Software
Store, you should have received a confirmation message at
the e-mail address you entered when you registered during
the checkout process. The message subject is "LinkPro
Software Store - Order Number:". Open the message and
locate the link to the downloadable software. Click on the
link to start downloading the software. You can also copy
and paste the link in your browser's address field. A window
should pop-up, prompting you to save the file on a location
on your computer.

I need to download the software again
If you need to download your software again, log into your
account and select "View Previous Orders". A page
will be displayed listing orders that you have previously
placed on the LinkPro store. Click on an order number to view
details for that order. The order details page contains a
link to re-downloading your software, together with the serial
number that you will need to enter during the installation
procedure.

I cannot install the software:
I lost the serial number
If you have lost your serial number, log into your account
and select "View Previous Orders". A page will be
displayed listing orders that you have previously placed on
the LinkPro store. Click on an order number to view details
for that order. The order details page that will be shown
contains all serial numbers for that order.

I installed the software, but I am
still getting the "Trial Version Expired" message
You must completely un-install the trial version before installing
the purchased version of your LinkPro software. Please follow
the un-install procedure for the trial version and then re-install
the purchased version. The purchased version will request
a serial number, which was provided at the time you purchased
the software. If you have lost your serial number, log
into your account and select "View Previous Orders".
Uninstall Procedure
- Double click the Auto-Sync icon in the tray and open up
it's window.
- Select "Exit" from the "File" menu
to kill this program.
- Go to "Control Panel" from the "Start"
====> "Settings" menu.
- Use "Add/Remove Programs" to remove the Trial
version of PowerSync.
- Completely re-install the purchased version by double
clicking "Setup.exe"

My credit card was
declined: what could be wrong?
If your transaction has been declined, please make sure that:
- You credit card number is entered without any spaces,
dashes or other non-numeric characters
The
billing address that you provided matches the address that
appears on the billing statement for the credit card being
used for this transaction
You
entered a valid expiration date
